This report provides results of the late 1990's market research where eight Texas electric utilities polled their customers to determine what energy options they preferred to meet future electric requirements. The report provides responses to selected questions about participants’ environmental values and about renewable energy and energy efficiency for the eight utilities. It also report which participants had the biggest change of opinion and suggest why they changed their minds.
