Increasing the Share of Low-Carbon Energy Sources in the Fuel Mix

This report assesses the need for energy services in least-developed countries, developing countries, emerging economies, and developed countries, as well as barriers and classes of policies to address them. Examples of forward looking policies in developing countries are presented. This report is part of the Multi-Criteria Analysis for Climate Change initiative.
