This report summarizes and assesses the activities and results of Sri Lanka's Energy Services Delivery Project for renewable energy and rural electrification. Key findings for creating public and private enabling environments are presented. The report includes a detailed analysis of costs and financing, best practices in formulating a multi-stakeholder approach to implementing renewable energy projects, and criteria for measuring success.
