This report details the project design and results of Uganda's Energy for Rural Transformation Project. Project components aimed to increase rural household access to grid electricity and off-grid solar energy, raise productivity of rural enterprises, and benefit the health, education, and agriculture sectors. The project was rated moderately satisfactory at closure; positive impacts and lessons learned are discussed.
