This report provides results from present and future scenarios that were developed by recurrent flooding provoked by storm surges, with the need to investigate vulnerabilities of local populations to flooding and examine potential adaptation options in the Argentine coastal areas of the Plata. It also provides two case studies in the metropolitan area of Buenos Aires and La Boca and Avellanada neighbourhoods.
