Expanding Access to Pro-Poor Energy Services in Nigeria

This paper examines energy poverty in Nigeria, including funding sources, political interest and policy implementation. After reviewing the best practices of other developing countries, the authors suggest several practices that would have an impact the country's poor and the ecosystems that are part of the people's fuel sources.
