This report was produced under the project "Supporting Action on Climate Change through a Network of National Climate Change Focal Points in South-East Asia" (SEAN-CC). High efficiency transformers yield a net economic gain for global society in terms of reduction of energy consumption as well as greenhouse gas emissions. The report describes the technology interventions and recommendations.
