This technical study report was produced under the project "Supporting Action on Climate Change through a Network of National Climate Change Focal Points in South-East Asia" (SEAN-CC). The report discusses some case studies on improvement opportunities, its impact to operating efficiency and system reliability with analysis, recommedations and action plans.
