This paper consolidates existing information about electric vehicle (EV) deployment best practices in order to aid the EV roll-out program in the city of Atlanta, Georgia (United States). It contains an overview of the city's readiness of electric vehicles, general best practices, and the results of a survey to other cities to obtain information on best practices for constructing charging stations and encouraging residents to purchase EVs and relevant local business incentives.
