Economic Impact of Climate Change Policy: The Role of Technology and Economic Instruments

This report analyses a range of illustrative scenarios developed by the Energy Futures Forum (EFF), as well as an additional Australian Bureau of Agricultural and Resource Economics (ABARE) scenario. These scenarios were designed to examine the economic impacts and associated emission reductions arising as a result of alternative climate change policies with a particular focus on technology options and carbon taxes.
