Deploying Renewables in Southeast Asia: Trends and Potential

This report analyses the implications of effective policies on renewable energy market growth; examines how to overcome economic and non-economic barriers that slow investment in renewable energy; and offers policy recommendations to encourage effective and efficient exploitation of renewable energy in six of the 10 countries that comprise the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), including Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam (collectively identified as ASEAN-6).
