This report describes how savings in existing building stock can be achieved with the widespread adoption and implementation of effective policy packages and support programs that have a long-term target of achieving deep renovation. The report presents a global analysis of best practice renovation policies, including a collection of instruments that work together to upscale, finance and promote deep renovations in a jurisdiction.
