This paper sets out the context of the global changes to the climate and how it is impacting both directly and indirectly on the small farmers in SIDS of the Caribbean, Pacific and Indian Ocean regions.
It seeks wider understanding of their predicament and articulates their concerns. It also seeks concrete and meaningful support for their efforts to adapt and build resilience to Climate Change from COP21 and in subsequent international negotiations.
