This paper analyses 21 clean energy policy options being considered for the 2010 Hawaii State Legislative Session. The Hawaii Clean Energy Initiative is working to facilitate the state's transition to 70 per cent clean energy by 2030. This report provides a detailed analysis of the above mentioned energy policies to determine the impact they may have on ratepayers, businesses and the state in terms of energy saved, clean energy generated and the financial costs and benefits.
