This report is one of a series developed as part of an ongoing multi-year World Bank initiative focusing on reducing carbon dioxide emissions in transport sector in China. While the report focuses on electric vehicles, the overall initiative has supported a number of analytical studies, policy analyses, and pilots that have addressed other aspects of the challenge.
