Assessing Framework Conditions for Energy Service Companies in Developing and Emerging Countries

The Guideline should help to initiate Energy Services Companies (ESCOs). The booklet gives answers to the question which are the different services ESCOs could provide. It explains how an analytical approach to identifying energy service models particularly suited to a given country can be taken. Furthermore it gives guidance on the settings and conditions relevant to energy service provisions.
