Bike-sharing ideally complements private and public means of transportation on short distances. It unburdens the traffic in the city centres and improves the attractiveness of public transportation. Over the past few years, bike-sharing has become increasingly popular all around the globe.

MYBYK is a simple and sustainable bike-sharing service in India that can be used in your trips around the city. It makes your ride safer and hassle-free, wherever and whenever you want. It is a valuable component in making your outdoor experience more lively, diverse, and healthy.

ARJIT SONI Founder & CEO,  is a chartered accountant by qualification. The idea of MYBYK struck him while going through the struggle of commuting through Mumbai local trains during his internship at PWC. On returning back to his hometown Ahmedabad, he founded MYBYK, India’s first private bike share aimed at addressing the problem of first & last mile connectivity associated with public transport.

The current project in Ahmedabad is a pilot project. Out of 127 BRTS stations, at present, MYBYK offers bike share service (drop anywhere, pick from anywhere) at only four stations and will soon extend to nine stations.

There are two plans :-
1. Bicycle rent for one month   –    300 Rs. and security deposit  – 3000 Rs.
2. Bicycle rent for three month –    900 Rs. and security deposit  – 1000 Rs.

Bicycling is a zero carbon mode and it can provide health benefits to the riders. Besides, it can reduce congestion and improve access of people to public transportation.
