The  Government  of  Antigua  and  Barbuda  is  seeking  the  services  of  a  qualified  and  highly motivated individual or professional agency in Antigua and Barbuda to develop and coordinate the  Pilot,  Knowledge  Attitudes  and  Practices  (KAP)  Survey  of  Antiguans  and  Barbudans  on Energy Efficiency in Caribbean Buildings. The project aims to both reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and make the energy sector in the  participating  pilot  countries  more  efficient  and  increase  their  use  of  renewable  energy.

The deadline for submission is February 15. PLEASE NOTE, this is not a CTCN call for proposals.
