Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources (KIGAM), established in 1918 as the Geological Survey of Korea, is a government-funded Geoscience research organization where the top-notch R&D are ongoing. We endeavor to bring the innovative KIGAM strategies so that we can embrace the new KIGAM’s value and research cultures. Through technology PAC enables poor communities to build on their skills and knowledge to produce sustainable and practical solutions - transforming their lives forever and protecting the world around them. Every year PAC uses technology to help over 1 million people out of poverty.

Carbon Counts is a private sector organization established in 2008. It is an independent consultancy providing a range of advice in the field of climate change. It has a focus on international climate change policy, in particular technology development, deployment, financing and regulation. 

Perspectives Climate Group develops policy instruments for GHG mitigation for NAMAs and NDCs as well as support services for GHG mitigation projects under market mechanisms, with activities in over 40 countries in Europe, Africa and Asia. Perspectives supports design of mitigation documentation for efficiency in power plants, industrial boilers, and buildings, as well as municipal waste management, waste-water, renewable energy and demand-side energy efficiency. Perspectives is specialized in methodologies for baselines under market mechanisms and supporting access to climate finance.

The Global Environment Centre Foundation (GEC) is an entity that supports the UNEP’s International Environmental Technology Centre (IETC), based in Japan. GEC is dedicated to the transfer of environmentally sound technologies, in both developing countries and countries with economies in transition. The foundation aims to contribute to Japan’s international efforts on the environment, sharing project collaborations as well as promoting Japan’s rich conservation knowledge and experience in developing nations.

For more than a decade, South Pole has worked with a wide range of public, private and civil sector organisations to accelerate the transition to a climate-smart society. South Pole has mobilised climate finance to over 700 projects in the areas of emission reductions, renewable energy, energy efficiency and sustainable land-use.

China National Cleaner Production Center (CNCPC) was established in 1994, mainly focusing on Cleaner Production Strategy, namely, transformation to pollution prevention strategy. It conducted a series of activities in CP (Cleaner Production) area, serving for energy conservation and pollution reduction. It is committed to reduce pollution including the GHG emission and enhance resources efficiency in China in industry sector, agriculture sector and service sector.
