  • weAdapt facilitates preparation of National Adaptation Programmes of Action through sharing of knowledge, pro bono and retainer services for Least Developed Countries (LDCs). The LDCs identify and prioritise their most "urgent and immediate needs to adapt to climate change". An LDC fund can then allocate funds for implementation of high priority projects. UNFCCC established the National Adaptation Programme of Action (NAPA) process as a way to facilitate adaptation planning in least developed countries (LDCs) and other development countries.
